Distortion of environment with water droplets from rain in the foreground - poetically abstract yet we can still recognise the setting. Strange sense of being in an almost other-wordly environment, yet we are at the same time, aware that it is a scene from our physical reality. Perhaps a way to translate the idea that the experience of phantom limbs is recognised by patients as an illusion, rather than delusion?
