New Collection // Judith van den Boom

by mo on Saturday, April 9, 2011

Furniture collection created with porcelain press-mold techniques to create functional strong usable furniture that mimics the soft flowing shape and natural form of fabric. When one's hands and body touch or interact with this piece, one's sense of touch is immediately challenged, becoming a amusing, fun haptic experience. Perhaps design solution for phantom limb/haptic design can be directed by such designs?
